All rates are in EUR, excluding 20% VAT.

The rates shown apply to a standard page*. The number of characters is determined in the translated, not the original, document.

* The standard page consists of 1500 characters without spaces. The number of characters in MS Word is counted by selecting the Word Count button in the Tools menu. The Word Count function also has the "Characters (without spaces)" option. The total number of characters should then be divided by 1500 in order to obtain the exact number of translated pages. This will help you to calculate the approximate price of translation by taking into account, however, that the number of characters in the translated document differs slightly from that of the original.

More sophisticated (technical, medical, scientific) translations will be subject to a surcharge of 10%.

Urgent translations (more than eight pages per day) will be subject to a surcharge of 10%.

A 10% discount will be allowed for translations exceeding 20 pages.

High school and university students will be granted a 10% discount on all study-related translations.

All private tuition and coaching rates are shown per teaching hour.

If tuition in pairs cannot be provided as agreed beforehand with the students and one to one tuition service is provided instead, one to one tuition fees will be charged according to the rates for the package paid for by the student.
